WWE appears close to adding two more names from the international independent scene to its roster.
According to Fightful Select, the expectation within the company is that The Dropouts — the tag team of Scott Green and The Tuckman — are on their way to WWE.
“Australian standouts The Dropouts (Scott Green and The Tuckman) are expected to make their way to WWE.”
The move doesn’t come out of nowhere. Last weekend, Green and Tuckman appeared on Wrestle Radio Australia and announced they were stepping away from Australian wrestling. Shortly after, Tuckman vacated the Soul of PWA Championship, the title he held in Pro Wrestling Australia.

The duo has been teaming together since 2023 and has built an impressive résumé with stops in PWA, SLAM! Pro Wrestling League, Newcastle Pro Wrestling, and other Australian promotions. Among their top accomplishments, the pair held the SLAM! Tag Team Championship and the Newy Pro Tag Team Championship.
The road to WWE started coming into focus in February, when both confirmed invitations to a company tryout. At the time, The Tuckman was Soul of PWA Champion, while The Dropouts were the reigning SLAM! Tag Team Champions.
The Tuckman later spoke about the experience at the Performance Center in Orlando, calling the moment surreal. He was among the talents who traveled the farthest to take part in the WWE tryout held in February.
As of now, WWE has not officially announced the signings, and there’s no confirmation on whether Green and Tuckman will begin in NXT, WWE ID, or another internal path within the company.
