Add as a preferred source on Google Brock Lesnar is kicking off WWE Raw tonight from the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas.
According to TRNBCKL, “The Beast” will appear in the show’s very first segment. WWE had already confirmed he’d be on the show, but the promotion hadn’t said when he’d actually show up.
Lesnar is expected to address Oba Femi, his opponent at SummerSlam. The two collide in a Hell in a Cell Match on August 1, night one of the event at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
This will be their third meeting. Femi beat Lesnar at WrestleMania 42, and the former UFC Heavyweight Champion took the rematch at Clash in Italy. With a win apiece, WWE is now billing the SummerSlam match as the definitive end to their rivalry.
Last week, Paul Heyman spoke on Lesnar’s behalf during a segment with Femi. The King of the Ring winner said the match at SummerSlam will be the final chapter of “The Beast’s” career.
Tonight’s Raw also features the contract signing for Roman Reigns vs. Seth Rollins, IYO SKY taking on Roxanne Perez, and a Gauntlet Match to determine Penta’s next challenger for the Intercontinental Championship.
