Pro wrestling is part of Grand Theft Auto VI. New preview footage from the upcoming Rockstar Games title featured a dedicated backyard wrestling area.
The preview, titled Grand Theft Auto VI: An Extended Look, dropped Thursday, August 27 via Netflix. The video runs approximately 26 minutes and was captured entirely on PlayStation 5.
The footage covers various activities across Vice City, including a quick shot of two wrestlers going at it on a makeshift outdoor setup. The segment is brief but confirms that pro wrestling will be part of Rockstar’s game world.
One of the wrestlers connects with a Death Valley Driver in the clip. Whether backyard wrestling will be a playable activity or just part of the game’s environment, with the characters controlled by the game itself, has not been confirmed.
The preview also showed off several other activities, including basketball, racing, diving, skydiving, and boating. Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos, the game’s two protagonists, appear across various missions and are shown exploring Vice City outside the main campaign.
Grand Theft Auto VI launches November 19, 2026 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
