Bianca Belair is going through one of the longest stretches out of action she’s had since arriving on WWE‘s main roster. The EST revealed that she’s also been steering clear of WWE’s weekly shows, admitting that watching only makes her want to come back.

Responding to a fan’s question on Instagram, Belair said:

“If I watch I get the itch and miss it. I kind of only watch my hubby and turn it off.. I watch my girlies from time to time.”

Belair hasn’t wrestled since WrestleMania 41, where she suffered multiple fractures in one of her fingers during the Triple Threat Match against Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY. The injury didn’t heal the way it was supposed to and required surgery on Feb. 16, 2026, extending an absence that wasn’t originally expected to last this long.

Despite that, her recovery has shown progress recently. In a social media update, Belair showed that she can bend the injured finger again, though she was still going through physical therapy sessions.

Her in-ring return, however, isn’t happening anytime soon. At WrestleMania 42 on April 19, Belair announced that she’s expecting her first child with Montez Ford.
