Big E is set to turn his WWE journey into an autobiography.

The former WWE Champion will release How I Got Over: Healing from Depression and Psychosis to Find Joy In and Out of the Ring in 2027, with the book already listed for pre-order at HowIGotOver.com.

According to PWInsider, the book will be published in early 2027. An Amazon listing names BenBella Books as the publisher and lists February 2 as the expected release date.

The book will be written by Ettore “Big E” Ewen himself and is expected to cover not only his in-ring career, but also his battle with depression and psychosis, a subject he has been discussing publicly in recent months.

Big E also recently announced a TEDx talk titled How I Got Over in Davenport, Iowa, where he will speak about depression, psychosis, medication, hospitalization, electroconvulsive therapy, therapy, and mindfulness practices.

Away from the WWE ring, Big E became one of the most popular names of his generation. Before reaching the main roster, he was NXT Champion and later captured the Intercontinental Championship and WWE Championship, while also becoming a member of The New Day, one of the most successful acts in WWE history.

The later stage of his in-ring career, however, has been marked by the serious neck injury he suffered in 2022.
