The feud between Gunther and Finn Bálor that has been building on SmackDown in recent weeks could be headed to WWE Crown Jewel.
Promotional material put up in Saudi Arabia may have given away a match between the two.
Ringside News reported that the two are featured in a local ad being set up at one of the gates of Riyadh Season Stadium at KAFD. Crown Jewel is set to take place there on November 7.
Photos shared on social media show that the other side of the same display promotes Cody Rhodes vs. Randy Orton. Rhodes and Orton are confirmed for a Last Man Standing match at the show.

Gunther and Bálor’s feud began in the race for a shot at the Undisputed WWE Championship. On the October 9 edition of SmackDown, Bálor tried to make the save when Gunther attacked Danhausen, but Gunther powerbombed Bálor onto the announce table.
Another detail involves Bálor’s schedule. As previously reported, WWE announced that Bálor would appear at Zuffa Boxing 12 in London, which takes place on the same day as Crown Jewel. But the latest promotion for the London show features Drew McIntyre alongside Bayley and doesn’t mention Bálor.
Gunther beat Bálor in a singles match on the July 29, 2024, edition of RAW.
