Chelsea Green says she is recovering well after undergoing a heart procedure to treat supraventricular tachycardia, a condition she said she has dealt with for roughly 10 years. The situation drew attention after Green revealed that an episode during WrestleMania sent her heart rate to 228 beats per minute for nearly 15 minutes.
Appearing on Busted Open Radio, the WWE star said she still had one more day of full bed rest before she could “take it easy” for another week. Green said she feels good and that her incisions are healing, though her heart still feels heavy and her breathing feels different.
Green previously explained that the procedure lasted about three hours, was minimally invasive, and required her to remain awake for the final part of it. Despite the scare, she indicated that she expects to return to work soon.
