Cody Rhodes denied ever having a personal falling-out with Travis Scott and said he would like to see Scott back in WWE. Rhodes made the comments in an interview with Joe La Puma on Complex’s Sneaker Shopping.
When La Puma asked whether Scott’s sneakers were banned from his house after what happened at Elimination Chamber 2025, Rhodes set the record straight.
“There was never any heat. We love Travis Scott. I’d like to see Travis Scott back doing something with WWE. He’s wonderful.”
The question was a reference to the attack on Rhodes at Elimination Chamber, where Scott sided with John Cena and The Rock. During the beatdown, Scott slapped Rhodes across the face, leaving him with a black eye and an eardrum injury that Rhodes later confirmed.
Scott returned to WWE at WrestleMania 41, where he interfered in Rhodes’ match against Cena. The interference helped Cena win the match and the Undisputed WWE Championship.
Scott’s run with the company did not continue after that. WWE did discuss new plans for him but had trouble working around his professional commitments.
