Mara Sadè may be closing in on a new chapter of her career in AEW, just days after her TNA run came to an end.
According to PWInsider’s Mike Johnson, several TNA talents believe the former Jakara Jackson is headed to Tony Khan’s promotion. However, neither AEW nor Sadè has confirmed a deal at this time.
TNA officially announced Sadè’s departure on Monday. Her contract had expired several weeks earlier, but she worked the tapings in Philadelphia to wrap up her storyline despite no longer being under contract.
TNA was reportedly pleased with Sadè’s professionalism, given that she could have walked away before wrapping up her TV storyline.
Mare Sadé is reportedly believed to be AEW bound.

Despite her departure, Sadè has one more match yet to air in TNA. She will face Heather by Elegance in the quarterfinals of the TNA Knockouts Television Championship tournament on Thursday’s episode of iMPACT! (Aug. 6).
Before signing with TNA, Sadè had already discussed potentially joining AEW. During a virtual K&S WrestleFest signing in June 2025, the former Meta-Four member said she would need to prove herself and work her way toward an opportunity with the company.
Sadè signed with TNA in July 2025, about two months after WWE released her. She spent four years with the Stamford-based company, competing as Jakara Jackson and gaining prominence alongside Lash Legend.
