Britt Baker still has no timetable for a return to AEW TV, despite not having wrestled for the company in over 600 days.

The former AEW Women’s World Champion last wrestled on the November 13, 2024 episode of Dynamite, beating Penelope Ford. She hasn’t been used since, though she’s still listed on the roster.

Fightful Select‘s Sean Ross Sapp reported that Baker’s name still comes up occasionally in creative meetings, but nothing has gone beyond the pitch stage. There’s no storyline for her, no return date, and no serious plans in motion.

This follows comments from Tony Khan back in October 2025, when he said Baker was still with AEW and that he’d like to see her back. In June, Khan also brought her up alongside a handful of other absent talent, saying some were closer to returning than others.

Baker made it clear in March that the call isn’t hers. Asked about a return during AEW Revolution, she kept it short: “Not up to me.”

Her contract situation could factor into any return. Baker signed a five-year deal with AEW in fall 2021, set to expire in fall 2026. If the contract includes language to make up time missed due to injury, AEW could tack on extra time and keep her under contract into 2027.

For now, there’s no indication Baker is close to a return, and her deal could run out before AEW figures out what to do with her.
