FTR added another major championship to their already stacked resume. Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler defeated Cowboy Way, the team of 1 Called Manders and Thomas Shire, on Saturday to capture the RevPro Undisputed British Tag Team Championship.
The title change took place at RevPro’s 14 Year Anniversary Show, held at OVO Arena Wembley in London. The bout also marked FTR’s official in-ring debut for the British promotion.
After a hard-hitting match that left both Harwood and Shire bleeding, FTR put Manders away with the Shatter Machine and scored the pinfall to claim the titles.
FTR was originally scheduled to face the Young Guns, Luke Jacobs and Ethan Allen. However, Allen suffered serious ACL, MCL, and meniscus injuries, forcing RevPro to change course and slot Cowboy Way in as FTR’s opponents.
Manders and Shire had held the titles since July 12, when they defeated Leon Slater and Liam Slater of Slater Dojo. Their first reign ended after 48 days.
FTR has now held tag team gold in WWE, AEW, ROH, AAA, NJPW, and RevPro.
