Ivy Nile’s future in WWE is up in the air, with her current contract set to expire in October.
The expectation backstage, though, is that she will stay with the company. According to Fightful Select, WWE has been working for months on new creative plans for Nile that would involve a major change to her presentation. As of now, there has been no confirmation that a new deal has been signed.
More details emerged on September 11. Nile and Jordynne Grace are planned to return to WWE programming as a new tag team after both were off TV while they waited for a new creative direction.

WWE filed to trademark “Iron Built” on September 10, and sources within the company believe the name is tied to the new project involving Nile and Grace. The filing covers services related to pro wrestling and the company’s programming.
Nile hasn’t appeared on Monday Night RAW since March 9, when she competed in a Gauntlet Match and pinned IYO SKY before being eliminated by Bayley. She has continued to appear on WWE Main Event since then.
With new plans already in place for her return, the expectation is that Nile will re-sign with WWE if she hasn’t already.
