Top AEW/ROH Star Set to Take Part in Bayley’s Project

Bayley’s Lodestone project, created to help women on the independent scene, continues to grow. The third camp is already in the works and will feature a major name from AEW and ROH.

According to Fightful Select, Athena, the current ROH Women’s World Champion, will be involved in the upcoming camp, which is set to take place in Texas over the coming week. Per the report, activities will take place in two different cities across the state.

Private invitations have already been sent to some wrestlers who took part in previous camps. As of now, though, the names of any new participants haven’t been made public.

Several of the invited wrestlers are also expected to work a Metroplex Wrestling event. Athena is a co-owner and trainer at the promotion. MPX will hold Who Runs the World 4 on September 18 in Fort Worth, Texas, with an all-women’s card.

Athena has deep ties to Texas. She got her start in pro wrestling in the state and now works on developing new talent at Metroplex Wrestling.

This will be the third Lodestone camp. The first took place in Orlando in December 2025, while the second was held in Las Vegas during WWE WrestleMania 42 week in April. John Cena, Charlotte Flair, Rhea Ripley, Becky Lynch, CM Punk, and Rey Mysterio have all taken part.

Bayley has previously said she created Lodestone to connect independent wrestlers with talent already signed to major promotions. Athena’s involvement keeps that mission intact, this time bringing in one of ROH’s top stars.
