Je’Von Evans delivered one of the most impressive moments of WWE Money in the Bank, held on Saturday, October 10, in New Orleans, Louisiana. However, a photo leaked on social media revealed details of the preparations for his dangerous ambulance spot.
The image, which was reportedly taken during rehearsals at the Smoothie King Center, shows Evans at the top of a ladder, near the Money in the Bank briefcase, in a position very similar to the one he used for his fall at the event.
Other wrestlers also appear in the photo. Trick Williams and Bron Breakker are talking inside the ring, while Dominik Mysterio and JD McDonagh watch the preparations from outside the ring.
Kevin Owens also appears, sitting on a ladder. In addition, Sol Ruca and Roxanne Perez are among the women who can be seen near the ring, apparently discussing their respective spots.

Although it indicates that WWE rehearsed the sequence, the photo does not confirm whether Evans actually performed the full fall during the preparations.
During the Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match, Evans was initially taken out of the match on a stretcher after taking a brutal Spear from Breakker into the barricade.
Evans, however, returned driving the ambulance himself and got back into the match. Shortly afterward, Breakker knocked over the ladder Evans was on, sending him through the roof of the ambulance.
Penta ultimately won the match, hitting Breakker with a Mexican Destroyer onto a ladder before retrieving the briefcase.
