Kaitlyn is back in the conversation among WWE fans after an old statement resurfaced, this time about her arrival in the company’s women’s locker room.

In an interview with MuscleManMalcolm, the former Divas Champion said she experienced a certain level of bullying and hazing when she was still a rookie in the company. The reason, according to her, was how extremely fast she was pushed to television.

“I came up very fast. I had an incredible opportunity to start with no experience. So I went through a little bit of hazing and bullying from some Divas, but most of the girls on the show were always very nice to me.”

Kaitlyn also explained that she was never really close to the main group in the women’s division at that time, which likely contributed to her absence from Total Divas, the reality show that premiered while she was still with WWE.

The wrestler signed with WWE in 2010 and won the third season of NXT, the only one made up entirely of women. After that, she moved to SmackDown, formed a tag team with AJ Lee as The Chickbusters, and captured the Divas Championship in January 2013, defeating Eve Torres on the 20th anniversary episode of RAW.

Kaitlyn’s name has also been circulating again recently for another reason. With AJ Lee once again linked to WWE, the former champion said during an appearance on SiriusXM Sports that she feels she has “unfinished business” with her former rival.

Kaitlyn left WWE in January 2014 and only returned briefly in 2018 for the Mae Young Classic. As of now, however, there is no official indication that the company is working on her return to the ring.
