Keanu Carver, 27, could face serious obstacles to continuing his pro wrestling career after his recent release from WWE. He is out of NXT, and TNA is reportedly not an option for him either.
The situation centers on Arianna Grace, Carver’s ex-girlfriend, whose father, Santino Marella, is TNA’s Director of Authority.
Grace has strong ties of her own to the promotion. Along with serving as a liaison in the WWE-TNA partnership, she won the TNA Knockouts World Championship at No Surrender in February.
The matter became public in September, when Grace filed for an order of protection in Florida, accusing Carver of stalking and abusive behavior during and after their relationship.
According to POST Wrestling, the 49-page petition describes several unwanted visits to Grace’s home, along with persistent phone calls, as many as 44 in a single day. As previously reported, Carver’s removal from WWE’s internal roster confirmed his release. He signed with WWE in late 2023 after playing college football.
With his WWE run over and TNA reportedly an unlikely landing spot, it is unclear whether Carver will be able to return to a major promotion.
