Keanu Carver’s WWE Run May Be Over

Keanu Carver’s future with WWE appears increasingly doubtful following his recent legal trouble.

Citing sources within WWE, Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that the general feeling behind the scenes is that Carver’s run with the company may be over for good. No release has been officially announced, however.

As previously reported, a protection order was sought against Carver on September 14 following allegations of stalking and harassment. The order was kept in place at a hearing on September 22 and will remain in effect until at least October 20. Carver is barred from contacting the petitioner and must stay at least 500 feet away. The allegations remain part of a civil case and have not been proven in court.

Carver has not appeared on WWE television since September 8, when he teamed with EK Prosper and Cruz Montana in a six-man tag team match against Tony D’Angelo, Saquon Shugars, and Mason Rook. His last match came four days later at an NXT live event in Lakeland, Florida.

Carver had been getting significant TV time in 2026. In April, for example, he faced Joe Hendry on the NXT Revenge special as part of one of the storylines that played out before Hendry’s call-up to the main roster.

Despite Meltzer’s report, Carver’s profile remains on WWE.com as of Saturday, October 3. WWE has yet to officially confirm his departure.
