Kevin Knight will reach an impressive mark at Saturday’s WrestleDream, when he will have competed for four titles at different AEW pay-per-views in 2026 alone. He and Kyle Fletcher will face the Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson) for the AEW World Tag Team Championship.
This whole pursuit of titles began at AEW Revolution in March, when Knight won the AEW World Trios Championship alongside Mike Bailey and Místico. At the time, the trio defeated Kazuchika Okada, Mark Davis and Fletcher himself, who is now his partner in the Don Callis Family.
At AEW Dynasty in April, Knight won the TNT Championship by winning a Casino Gauntlet Match for the title that was vacant. His title reign lasted until August, when he was defeated by Darby Allin at All In: London.
In July, Knight had his shot at the AEW World Championship at Redemption, when he faced Kenny Omega in the main event and was defeated.
The most recent shot at the tag team title was earned at All Out in September, when Knight and Fletcher defeated Darby Allin and Steven Borden.
On Wednesday, during AEW Dynamite, Knight and Fletcher were surprised by an attack from the Young Bucks during a backstage interview.
If he wins the titles on Saturday, Knight will have won three different AEW titles in 2026, the World Trios, TNT and World Tag Team Championships.
WrestleDream will be held at the Addition Financial Arena in Orlando, Florida.
