El Carnicero will finally make his official in-ring debut for AAA. The mysterious new character has been confirmed for Sunday’s Ola de Calor event in Edinburg, Texas.
Over the past several weeks, El Carnicero has appeared on AAA programming as a masked attacker behind multiple assaults on Psycho Clown and members of Psycho Circus. On the latest episode of AAA on FOX, a vignette finally revealed his name and confirmed his debut for the special.
AAA has not yet officially announced an opponent for El Carnicero.
The man behind the character is Beau Morris, a 6’6″, 297-pound wrestler who previously worked as Drake Morreaux in WWE‘s developmental system. Morris spent time in NXT, WWE LFG, and EVOLVE, and trained at the Performance Center.

Beyond the El Carnicero debut, the Ola de Calor card features War Raiders defending the AAA World Tag Team Championship against Los Americanos, Damian Priest competing for the vacant AAA Latin American Championship, and Penta, Rey Fenix, and Dragon Lee taking on Los Perros del Mal.
AAA Ola de Calor takes place on August 30 at the Bert Ogden Arena, starting at 12 p.m. ET. The event will stream internationally on YouTube.
