Mustafa Ali regained the TNA International Championship at TNA Lockdown on Sunday in Chicago, Illinois, defeating Jason Hotch in a Steel Cage Match.
The match was loaded with interference from Order 4. Special Agent Zero opened the cage door for Ali, but Tasha Steelz cut him off before he could escape. Steelz ended up taking an accidental shot from Hotch and was removed from ringside by John Skyler.
Hotch and Ali took the fight outside the cage. After knocking Ali off the side of the structure, Hotch launched off the top with a crossbody and crashed through a table at ringside. Hotch started bleeding from the mouth and received medical attention but continued the match.
Ali seized the moment to taunt Hotch’s family, grabbing a toy from the champion’s daughter in the front row. He brought it into the ring, stomped on it, and even threatened to set it on fire. Hotch immediately stormed back to continue the fight.
Down the stretch, Hotch connected with a Double Stomp off the top of the cage, but it wasn’t enough to put Ali away. Ali fired back with a 450 Splash, and Hotch survived. Ali hit a second 450 Splash moments later and got the three count.
This marks Ali’s second TNA International Championship reign. He first captured the title on April 11, 2026 at Rebellion by defeating Trey Miguel and held it for 110 days before Hotch took the belt on the July 30, 2026 episode of iMPACT!.
