Netflix Cuts Paige’s John Cena Jab at Nikki Bella From WWE SmackDown

Netflix’s version of Friday’s SmackDown is missing a line.

The September 4 episode, as it appears on the streaming service, edits out a direct shot at John Cena from the backstage segment between Paige and Nikki Bella.

During the argument, Paige turned Cena’s “Hustle, Loyalty and Respect” motto against the Hall of Famer’s former fiancée. “Because I built my career on hustle, loyalty and respect. You just slept with it,” she said.

The full line was heard during the taping, aired on the USA Network broadcast and later appeared in a video WWE posted on social media.

On Netflix, Paige gets as far as “Hustle, Loyalty and Respect” before the feed cuts to a crowd shot. It picks back up after “You just slept with it,” cutting out just the jab about Nikki’s past relationship with Cena.

Other personal lines were left in. Nikki took shots at Paige’s personal life, and Paige also needled her over her most recent relationship.

Paige and Nikki Bella are set to face each other on the September 11 SmackDown in Mexico City.
