Oba Femi did not wait long to respond to Brock Lesnar after his rough loss at WWE Clash in Italy.
On Monday’s episode of Monday Night RAW from the Inalpi Arena in Turin, Italy, “The Ruler” defeated Penta, Solo Sikoa, and Carmelo Hayes in a Fatal 4-Way Match in the opening round of the King of the Ring tournament.
The match marked the start of Femi’s tournament run, with the winner earning a future world title opportunity at SummerSlam. The bracket had been revealed during the Clash in Italy post-show, with the finals set for Night of Champions on June 27 in Saudi Arabia.
During the match, Femi had to deal not only with his three opponents, but also with Talla Tonga, who tried to interfere on behalf of Solo Sikoa. Even so, the former NXT Champion recovered, took Talla out of the equation, and hit Solo with the Fall From Grace to score the win.
After the match, Femi grabbed a microphone and finally addressed what happened against Lesnar at Clash in Italy. He recalled that The Beast Incarnate had asked whether he could take a beating, then brought up the seven F-5s he suffered.

Femi said that after all of that, he was still standing and still winning. He then declared that Lesnar gave him his best shot, but still could not remove him from WWE.
