Oba Femi, Bron Breakker Contract Signing Ends in Chaos on WWE RAW

The contract signing between Oba Femi and Bron Breakker erupted into chaos on Monday’s WWE RAW, airing August 24, 2026, from the Canadian Tire Centre in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.

General Manager Adam Pearce hosted the segment, with Paul Heyman introducing Breakker after declaring that there is no vision for WWE’s future without the phrase “Fear the Spear.”

Breakker grabbed the mic and questioned Femi’s right to call himself the future of WWE. He gave Femi credit for beating Brock Lesnar and winning King of the Ring but argued that Femi only received so many opportunities because Breakker’s injury opened up a spot at the top of the company.

Femi fired back that Breakker might have been the future in another era but insisted that The Vision member’s chances of becoming the face of WWE had shrunk since Femi arrived on the main roster.

Moments after signing the contract, Breakker dragged Heyman into the exchange to provoke Femi and then blindsided him. Femi fought back, but Austin Theory ran in to help Breakker, briefly leaving Femi outnumbered.

Femi managed to fight free, sent Breakker to the outside, and powerbombed Theory through the contract signing table. Breakker tried to get back in the ring but backed off.

Femi then declared that Breakker would run again at Sunday Night’s Main Event. He signed the contract and tossed it in Breakker’s direction.

This will mark the first singles match between Oba Femi and Bron Breakker.
