Paul Wight, best known to WWE fans as Big Show, recently revealed that he is down to 360 pounds as part of a dramatic physical transformation.

In a social media post, Wight said it was his lowest weight since his WCW run as The Giant. He once weighed 537 pounds, meaning he has now lost 177 pounds.

On February 3, 2026, Wight said he weighed 393 pounds and set a goal of reaching 360. Two months later, he was down to 383 pounds and adjusted his target, saying he wanted to reach about 350.

The work is directly tied to his desire to return to the ring. Speaking with Chris Van Vliet, Wight explained that he has had both knees and both hips replaced, and that his weight and conditioning are the two things he can still control at this stage of his career.

In another update in June, Wight said he was finally seeing real results and was grateful that he could keep training after undergoing 11 surgeries.

That progress has already allowed Wight to get physical at a show again. On July 8, 2026, he entered the ring at AEW Dynamite Beach Break to save Steven Borden Jr. and Kiran Grey. His most recent match took place on January 29, 2024, during the Jericho Cruise.
