Shotzi Blackheart is officially back in TNA Wrestling, this time as a signed member of the roster.
Fightful Select’s Sean Ross Sapp reports that Shotzi signed with TNA after her MLW deal recently came to an end.
Word of the signing comes shortly after Shotzi made a surprise appearance at Tuesday’s TNA Impact tapings in Dothan, Alabama, where she aligned herself with Allie. Allie and Kiera Hogan recently lost the TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Championship to Shayna Baszler and Zoey Serrano at Bound for Glory.
Shotzi’s six-month contract with MLW ended on Oct. 5. According to PWInsider, the split was amicable. The report adds that MLW had intended to keep using her in 2027 but had contingency plans in place in case she signed elsewhere.
TNA will air the Tuesday tapings on Thursday’s Impact. The episode will also feature a celebration of The Hardys’ 35 years in wrestling.
MLW still has unaired material featuring Shotzi. That same night, MLW Fusion will air her match against Rina for the MLW Women’s World Featherweight Championship.
