Thekla could be on the verge of returning to AEW programming, and given the timing of the speculation, All In: London looks like a strong possibility.
At Thursday’s press conference promoting the pay-per-view, Khan was asked directly about the former AEW Women’s World Champion’s absence from the card. The AEW president did not confirm her for the show but dropped a strong tease.
“I still think we could see Thekla appear very soon in AEW.”

When the topic turned specifically to the women’s division, he said there is still room to get more women on the card.
Thekla has been off AEW programming since July 26, when she dropped the AEW Women’s World Championship to Willow Nightingale at AEW Redemption. The loss ended a 165-day reign that started February 11 with a win over Kris Statlander.
So far, two women’s matches are confirmed for All In: Willow Nightingale vs. Mercedes Moné for the AEW Women’s World Championship, and Megan Bayne and Lena Kross vs. Jamie Hayter and Alex Windsor for the AEW Women’s World Tag Team Championship.
AEW All In: London takes place this Sunday, August 30, at Wembley Stadium in London.
