WWE continued to build toward one of its biggest RAW episodes of the year. New promotional artwork for the September 14, 2026 show in Mexico City features Roman Reigns front and center with the World Heavyweight Championship, .
Reigns shared the artwork and issued a message to his future challenger:
“Who’s going to step up and make the most of this opportunity?
I’ll be waiting. ☝🏽”
Roman Reigns’ opponent will be determined on the August 31 episode of RAW. Penta and Rey Fenix advanced to the tournament final after defeating La Parka and Dragon Lee, respectively, on this week’s show. The winner will challenge Reigns for the World Heavyweight Championship in Mexico City.
The show will take place at Arena CDMX and mark the first Monday Night RAW in the city in 15 years. WWE will also hold Friday Night SmackDown at the venue on September 11, while the second night of AAA Triplemanía 34 will take place there on September 13.
Roman Reigns is also confirmed to appear on the August 31 episode of RAW, the same night Penta and Rey Fenix determine who receives the title opportunity.
That creates the possibility of WWE bringing Reigns face-to-face with his future challenger immediately after the final, officially beginning the build to their match in Mexico City.
