The Triangle of Madness sits atop STARDOM’s trios division. On the opening night of the 5★STAR Grand Prix 2026, Thekla, Julia Hart and Skye Blue defeated DREAM TRINE to win the Artist of STARDOM Championship.

The match took place in front of 2,193 fans at EBARA WAVE Arena Ota in Tokyo and lasted 13 minutes and 55 seconds. Ami Sohrei, Hina and Lady C came close to winning after Sohrei hit Thekla with the Rai No Gotoku, but Hart pulled the referee out of the ring during the count.

Blue then hit Sohrei with one of the title belts while Hart used her signature mist. Thekla capitalized with a Curb Stomp and got the pinfall to close out the match.

With the win, the AEW trio became the 37th team to hold the Artist of STARDOM Championship. DREAM TRINE had begun its reign on May 26 and made two successful defenses before dropping the titles in its third defense, ending a 53-day run.

This marks Thekla’s second reign with the title. She first won it in May 2023 alongside Giulia and Mai Sakurai as part of the Baribari Bombers. For Hart and Blue, this is their first championship win in STARDOM.

The match was only announced three days before the event, when the Triangle of Madness crashed a STARDOM broadcast to issue the challenge, which Syuri accepted on behalf of God’s Eye.

Julia Hart will stay in Japan to compete in the 5★STAR Grand Prix, replacing the injured Bea Priestley in the Blue Stars A Block. She’ll make her tournament debut on July 28 against Rian at Korakuen Hall.
