WWE has confirmed a loaded card for Monday Night RAW this Monday, August 17, live from the KeyBank Center in Buffalo, New York.
Headlining the show, Chad Gable will defend the Intercontinental Championship against Rey Mysterio. Gable captured the title by defeating Penta at SummerSlam, and on last week’s RAW, the champion personally extended the challenge to the WWE Hall of Famer.
The tournament to determine the next challenger for Roman Reigns’ World Heavyweight Championship continues with two matches. Dragon Lee faces El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr., while Rey Fénix takes on El Fiscal.

Penta and La Parka have already advanced to the semifinals and are set to collide on August 24. The winners of Monday’s two bouts will meet in the other semifinal.
On the women’s side, Sol Ruca takes on Lyra Valkyria. The two previously met in June, when Ruca defeated Valkyria to retain the Women’s Intercontinental Championship.
Roman Reigns will also appear on the show. Jey Uso vowed to personally deliver Solo Sikoa to the World Heavyweight Champion after defeating him on last week’s RAW, continuing the latest chapter of The Bloodline saga.
