WWE has unveiled the official poster for Cody Rhodes vs. Randy Orton at Sunday Night’s Main Event, set for June 9, 2026, in Atlanta, Georgia.
The promotional artwork features Rhodes and Orton front and center for the show, which takes place at State Farm Arena and streams exclusively on Peacock.
The event will mark the first-ever Sunday Night’s Main Event in WWE history.
The Rhodes-Orton match was also the first bout officially announced for the card. Nick Aldis confirmed the matchup following the latest SmackDown, where Orton attacked Rhodes before the American Nightmare could face Sami Zayn. The two brawled all over TD Garden in Boston, eventually fighting their way into the crowd.
Their rivalry reignited at SummerSlam, where Orton returned during Rhodes’ Undisputed WWE Championship match against CM Punk and laid out Rhodes with an RKO, helping Punk retain.
Rhodes and Orton previously clashed in the main event of WrestleMania 42 Night 1 earlier this year. Cody defeated his former mentor and retained the Undisputed WWE Championship, but the Viper attacked him after the match.
Now, in Atlanta, the American Nightmare gets his first shot at payback since Orton’s return.
