- Cruz Montana will react to Zilla Fatu’s debut from last week;

Results:
WWE NXT kicked off with Cruz Montana addressing Zilla Fatu’s interference from last week, blaming the Samoan for costing him a shot at the NXT Championship. After learning Fatu was not in the building, Montana vowed to wait for him in the parking lot.
Rey Fenix interrupted, saying he was in NXT to find his next challenger for the AAA World Cruiserweight Championship. Montana showed respect to Fenix before turning his attention back to Fatu, promising to confront him outside. The segment ended with Montana and Fenix embracing.
AAA World Cruiserweight Championship – Fatal 4-Way – #1 Contender’s Match: EK Prosper vs. La Parka vs. Romeo Moreno vs. Tristan Angels
– Prosper hits Moreno with a Moonsault, followed by the pinfall.
Rey Fenix hit the ring to personally congratulate EK Prosper ahead of their championship match next week.
Backstage, Kendal Grey and Wren Sinclair crossed paths with The Vanity Project. Brad Baylor offered Grey his help, but she quickly turned him down and mocked the group. Wren added that Mika Lockwood is the faction’s only real talent, predicting WrenQCC will leave Heatwave with all the gold.
Singles Match: Nattie w/ EVOLVE Women’s Champion Nikkita Lyons & Karmen Petrovic vs. Thea Hail w/ Jaida Parker
– Nattie locks Hail in the Sharpshooter, forcing her to tap out.
Lyons and Petrovic restrain Parker, forcing her to watch as Nattie locks Hail in the Sharpshooter again. The heels then leave satisfied, while Parker checks on Hail.
Bronco Nima checks in with Lucien Price backstage ahead of his title match against Lexis King. Nima warns that BirthRight will likely get involved, but Price insists he beat King on his own last week and plans to do it again. Nima wishes him luck and tells him to bring the championship back to OTM. Price then heads to the ring.
WWE Men’s Speed Championship Match: Lexis King (c) w/ BirthRight (Arianna Grace, Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo, Uriah Connors, and Charlie Dempsey) vs. Lucien Price
– King hits Price with a The Coronation, followed by the pinfall.
BirthRight jump Price, but Bronco Nima quickly hits the ring to make the save. Nima and Price embrace in the center of the ring to close the segment.
Grayson Waller opened the segment by claiming he has spent weeks daring anyone in the locker room to stop him. After dismissing Zilla Fatu as another Samoan who picked the wrong fight, Waller declared himself the No. 1 contender for the NXT Championship.
Tony D’Angelo interrupted and said he did not care who challenged him next. Cruz Montana then staked his own claim before Robert Stone made it official: D’Angelo will defend the NXT Championship against Waller and Montana in a Triple Threat Match. Stone added that he would deal with Fatu once he arrived.
Backstage, Myles Borne told Shiloh Hill that, after speaking with Stone, Hill would earn a shot at the NXT North American Championship if he defeats Jackson Drake tonight. Hill thanked Borne with a hug.
Elsewhere, Keanu Carver waited for Stone in his office and brought him coffee, insisting the GM drink it. Kam Hendrix arrived to discuss business with Stone, prompting Carver to leave.
Tag Team Match: WrenQCC (NXT Women’s Champion Kendal Grey & WWE Women’s Speed Champion Wren Sinclair) vs. Kelani Jordan & Kali Armstrong
– Armstrong hits Sinclair with a Kali Connection, followed by the pinfall.
Saquon Shugars and Dion Lennox had a video face-off, with Shugars claiming Lennox can only beat him when DarkState has his back. Shugars challenged Lennox to a Steel Cage Match, which Lennox accepted. Shugars vowed that next week Lennox will understand why he’s “next,” while Lennox promised he’ll be the only man walking out of the cage on his own two feet.
Singles Match: Shiloh Hill vs. Jackson Drake w/ Vanity Project (Brad Baylor, Ricky Smokes, and Mika Lockwood)
– Naraku appears and sprays Hill with red mist behind the referee’s back. Drake capitalizes with a 450° Splash, followed by the pinfall.
Kali Armstrong confronted Zaria in Robert Stone’s office, arguing she deserved a title opportunity after beating two champions. Zaria claimed she would become the sole dominant North American Champion after Heatwave, prompting Armstrong to question her recent win over Wren Sinclair. Stone booked Zaria vs. Armstrong for next week, with Kali earning a spot in the Heatwave title match if she wins.
Zilla Fatu arrived at the arena and later joined Robert Stone in the ring to officially sign with NXT. Fatu said he wanted to prove he was more than a “nepo baby” and let his talent speak for itself.
Grayson Waller and Cruz Montana attempted to confront Fatu, but officials kept both men away from the ring. Stone then revealed that Fatu’s first NXT match would be for the brand’s top championship.
Fatu announced that the Heatwave Triple Threat would become a Fatal 4-Way, then signed his NXT contract. Tony D’Angelo watched from ringside as officials continued restraining Waller and Montana to close the show.
