WWE has put another major NXT event on the same date as an AEW pay-per-view.
During NXT Great American Bash, as we already reported here at Wrestling Noticias, WWE announced that NXT Heatwave Texas will take place on August 30 in Edinburg, Texas, with AAA involvement, at Bert Ogden Arena.
The notable detail is that the date is the same as AEW All In: London, which is scheduled for Wembley Stadium in London. AEW is currently listing the event officially for August 30, with no start time announced on its website, while ticket sales are already active.
The time difference between the two countries, however, greatly reduces the chance of the events taking place at the same time.
Even so, the move continues WWE’s strategy of scheduling shows on the same day as AEW events. In 2025, NXT Heatwave was scheduled for the same day as AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door, while NXT Great American Bash was placed on a collision course with All In: Texas.
It is also worth remembering that all NXT Premium Live Events began airing on The CW in 2026.
