WWE‘s Keanu Carver is under an order of protection that requires him to stay away from a fellow NXT talent and have no contact with that person.
According to John Pollock and Brandon Thurston of POST Wrestling, a petition was filed earlier this month in a Florida court against Carver, whose real name is Kevin Robertson.
In the petition, the other NXT talent alleges that the two had been in a relationship that ended recently. Following the breakup, Robertson allegedly showed up at that person’s home without permission several times and made multiple unwanted phone calls.
On one day cited in the petition, Robertson allegedly made as many as 44 calls. The stalking and harassment allegations are part of the account submitted to the court, and at this point they should not be treated as facts established by a judge.
Carver officially joined the NXT roster in January. Before getting into pro wrestling, he played defensive tackle at Temple University. He later spent time on WWE Evolve and went on to earn a permanent spot on NXT’s Tuesday night broadcasts.
Carver’s last televised appearance came on September 8, when he teamed with EK Prosper and Cruz Montana in a six-man tag team match.
Carver is not advertised for Tuesday’s episode of NXT on The CW. There has been no confirmation, however, that his absence is related to the court case.
