Zelina Vega took to social media to debunk a fake AI video about her recent WWE exit.

The clip started making the rounds in the last few hours. It featured a fabricated statement where Vega said WWE humiliated her. The video also claimed she was blindsided by how her name showed up on the release list. Vega said she never said any of it.

The former WWE Women’s United States Champion said she tried to report the video. She couldn’t get it taken down. She followed up with a direct message to fans.

“I don’t hold any bad feelings. I understand business is business. However, business is business on my side as well. I don’t even think they expect what’s next. Wrestling isn’t the only screen you’ll see me on.”

“When people call me, usually from there it would say Stamford calling me, and that’s when your heart is like, ‘Oh f*.’ But this time it said TKO. 5:09 PM is when I found out, so yeah, that is the thing. Did it come as a shock, or were there locker room whispers? It did come as a shock, honestly. I didn’t hear any whispers. But I guess I understand because it’s like, if you don’t book people, they don’t make you money. So there’s that. Not even like I was off TV all the time. I was off TV for a bit.”

This comes just days after Vega confirmed her WWE exit amid the latest wave of post-WrestleMania 42 cuts.

Her second run began in 2021 and lasted nearly five years. She won the Queen’s Crown Tournament during that stretch. A stint with the LWO followed. She later captured the Women’s United States Championship.
