AEW has announced two big matches for next week’s episode of Dynamite, set for Wednesday, September 16, at Chartway Arena in Norfolk, Virginia.
The headline addition is Will Ospreay, Andrade El Ídolo and Francesco Akira against Jon Moxley, PAC and Gabe Kidd in a Trios Match.
The match comes 10 days before AEW All Out, where Ospreay will defend the AEW World Championship against Moxley. The title match was made official on the September 2 episode of Dynamite, after Ospreay, Andrade and the rest of United Empire beat The Dogs and The Demand in the main event.
On Wednesday’s Rebel Heart edition of Dynamite, Ospreay beat David Finlay in an AEW World Championship Eliminator Match. Andrade, for his part, retained the AEW National Championship against The Beast Mortos before The Dogs jumped him, with Ospreay running out to make the save.
The other match announced for the Norfolk show is Chris Jericho vs. Nick Wayne.
