Triple H found himself back in the conversation on social media after Cody Rhodes praised his work as WWE’s head of creative.
During a recent appearance on Ariel Helwani’s show, Rhodes said he believes there is no one better suited to creatively oversee WWE programming than Triple H. The comment quickly made the rounds among fans and wrestling accounts.
Braun Strowman, however, does not appear to share that view. The former WWE Universal Champion responded to Rhodes’ comments with a short message:
“Ratings say otherwise lol”
Strowman’s jab comes at a time when WWE’s numbers have remained down. The June 15 episode of RAW drew 2.4 million global views on Netflix, matching the previous week’s number.
Strowman was released by WWE in May 2025 as part of a wave of cuts that also included Dakota Kai, Shayna Baszler, Katana Chance, and Kayden Carter.
As of now, Triple H and Cody Rhodes have not publicly responded to Strowman’s shot, and realistically, that is unlikely to happen.
