A concept Bray Wyatt developed before his 2022 WWE return has been revealed by Jason Baker. Informally called Sixx, the character appears in photos from a photo shoot held that same year but never made it onto WWE programming.
Baker, who worked on several visual projects tied to Wyatt, published the images and clarified that Sixx wasn’t an official WWE name. The term was used by him, Nick Manfredini and Hoot while the concept was being developed with Windham Rotunda.
According to Baker, Wyatt wanted to try something different before possibly bringing back The Fiend.
“Windham wanted to try something new before bringing back The Fiend.”
The idea was to introduce a character in constant transformation. Sixx was conceived as a kind of calculating machine that would continuously alter its own appearance and traits.
“A calculating ever changing machine.”

11:01 PM · Sep 6, 2026The photos show Wyatt wearing a mechanical-looking mask, biomechanical fingers, an iron jaw and different harnesses. Baker also explained that references to human anatomy were built into the mask, the jacket and the rest of the gear as part of the character’s planned evolution.
The mask was created by Jason Baker and Brian McGuire, while Sandy Mimpson handled the outfit used in the shoot.
Sixx never made it to television. Bray Wyatt officially returned to WWE on October 8, 2022, at Extreme Rules, following weeks of the White Rabbit storyline. He debuted with a different look than the one seen in the photos.
Wyatt stayed in that new phase until he was pulled from WWE programming in 2023. Windham Rotunda died on August 24 of that year, at 36.
