Britt Baker made her long-awaited return to AEW at All In: London, emerging as one of the biggest surprises at Sunday’s Wembley Stadium event after a nearly two-year absence.
The former AEW Women’s World Champion appeared masked during the TBS Championship match between Maya World and Persephone on the Buy-In. Baker knocked World off the top rope, setting up Persephone to hit a crucifix powerbomb and capture the title. After the match, the masked figure locked in the Lockjaw on World before unmasking to reveal herself.
Baker broke her silence Monday morning, taking to her official X account to thank fans for their support throughout her time away from AEW programming.
“Guys I’m beyond grateful for all the love. I missed you more than you’ll ever know. Thanks for never giving up on me 🫶

Baker’s last AEW appearance had come on the November 13, 2024 edition of Dynamite, where she defeated Penelope Ford by submission before being confronted by Serena Deeb. The company never publicly offered a definitive explanation for her extended absence.
Throughout the hiatus, Tony Khan consistently avoided characterizing Baker as someone outside the company’s plans. Months before All In, the AEW president said she remained “very highly regarded and respected” internally and that he expected her back. When asked again about a potential return just days before the London show, Khan told fans to stay tuned.
Baker’s return has already launched a new storyline. Backstage at All In, she confirmed her alliance with Persephone, while Thunder Rosa was identified as one of the potential targets of the new pairing.
