Britt Baker has once again fueled speculation about her AEW future just days before All In 2026, set for this Sunday, August 30, at Wembley Stadium in London.
When a fan recently took to social media saying they wanted to see the former AEW Women’s World Champion make her return at Wembley, Baker’s response was about as direct as it gets:
“Same.”
The reply stops short of confirming any involvement at All In, but it makes clear that Baker wants to be back on AEW programming. In March, after being left off AEW Revolution, she had already signaled that the decision wasn’t hers to make.
“Not up to me.”
Baker has not wrestled in AEW since the November 13, 2024 episode of Dynamite, where she defeated Penelope Ford. The company has offered no official explanation for her extended absence.
Tony Khan said in February that Baker is still highly regarded within the company and that he hopes to have her back, though he stopped short of putting any timeline on a return.
If All In comes and goes without Baker, another possibility has already surfaced. Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select reported that her name has come up internally for the September 9 “Rebel Heart” episode of Dynamite, a special tribute to Rebel, Baker’s former on-screen partner and close personal friend.
Baker’s current deal is expected to run at least through the fall of 2026, though AEW could tack on additional time to account for previous injury-related absences.
