Charlotte Flair made a surprise pick for the future of WWE‘s women’s division, naming Kiana James as a cornerstone.
The Queen said James has main-event potential and praised how the young talent capitalizes on every opportunity. Flair added that James pushes her to raise her own game. She closed with a direct warning to fans:
“Look out for Kiana James.”
Their bond isn’t new backstage. Flair recently called James her wrestling daughter after footage of the pair training together at the WWE Performance Center surfaced.
James has acknowledged the connection as well. She said Flair became a key mentor after her main roster call-up, especially during their shared training sessions.

James built momentum on WWE TV in 2026. She defeated Charlotte Flair and Nia Jax in a SmackDown Triple Threat Match to earn a spot in the Women’s Elimination Chamber.
She currently works on SmackDown alongside Giulia and played a major role in the former Women’s United States Champion’s run in recent months.
WWE has not revealed when James will receive a major singles push. Flair’s public endorsement only raises expectations for what’s next.
