During a recent appearance on ESPN’s Unsportsmanlike, the Undisputed WWE Champion said Danhausen can already be considered one of the most popular names in the entire company right now.
“I think it’s safe to say he’s one of the most popular people in all of WWE. I’ll tell you who’s the king right now of the merch game – it’s Danhausen.”
Rhodes’ comments come as Danhausen continues to rack up some interesting commercial milestones since arriving in WWE.
According to Fightful Select, CM Punk, Cody Rhodes and Danhausen were among the top three merchandise sellers inside Allegiant Stadium during WrestleMania 42 weekend.
Danhausen is also already being featured prominently on WWE Shop alongside names such as CM Punk, Roman Reigns, Cody Rhodes, John Cena, AJ Lee and Rhea Ripley.
As far as WWE programming goes, Danhausen officially debuted at Elimination Chamber, emerging from the mysterious box WWE had been teasing. He later picked up a win alongside Minihausen, The Miz and Kit Wilson at Backlash.
