After Thursday’s live event in Liverpool, England, the Undisputed WWE Champion addressed the crowd and suggested the city could host a Clash event next year.
“You guys sound great. We should be doing Clash In Liverpool. Maybe next year.”
The moment stood out because WWE has continued to heavily expand its presence across Europe. This year, the company will hold Clash in Italy on Sunday, May 31, at the Inalpi Arena in Turin, marking the first Premium Live Event in WWE history to take place in Italy.
WWE has also already confirmed an extensive European tour for 2026, with stops in Italy, Spain, France, Portugal and the United Kingdom. Episodes of RAW and SmackDown will air live from some of those cities.
At the Liverpool show, Rhodes faced Gunther in a Tables Match, defeating the Austrian just days before the two meet for the Undisputed WWE Championship at Clash in Italy.

As of now, WWE has not announced any Premium Live Event for Liverpool in 2027. However, with the strong response from the English crowd and WWE’s growing focus on international events, Rhodes’ suggestion likely will not go unnoticed.
