In the image shared by Sheamus himself, the Irish star can be seen with blood on his face and arm while using a towel to cover a wound on his head.
So far, Sheamus has not provided any further details on how the incident happened, nor has he said whether he needed medical attention afterward.
The situation comes at an important point for the Celtic Warrior. Sheamus remains out of action after undergoing shoulder surgery in December 2025. He last wrestled on the November 17 episode of Raw, teaming with John Cena and Rey Mysterio to defeat The Judgment Day.
Recently, Sheamus was seen training at the WWE Performance Center, fueling speculation about a possible return to WWE programming. Still, there is no official timetable for his in-ring return.
As alarming as the image looked, there is currently no indication that the new injury is connected to his shoulder issue or that it could delay his WWE return plans.
