Add as a preferred source on Google WWE didn’t announce an attendance figure for either night of SummerSlam 2026 at U.S. Bank Stadium.
On the latest Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer said he believes that’s because the turnout came in below expectations, and because AEW’s All In could end up drawing a bigger crowd than either night of the show.
Meltzer cited WrestleTix numbers of 35,654 tickets distributed for Saturday and 32,226 for Sunday. He also noted that Michael Cole called Saturday a sellout even though U.S. Bank Stadium holds roughly 66,200.
The All In comparison is where the concern comes in. AEW had 33,504 tickets distributed for the August 30 show at Wembley Stadium with 37 days still to go, which already put it ahead of SummerSlam Sunday and just 2,150 behind Saturday.
Last year’s SummerSlam at MetLife Stadium did much bigger business. WrestleTix estimated 50,493 tickets distributed for the first night and 58,186 for the second. That puts the two nights of the 2026 show down 40,799 tickets from the year before, a drop of roughly 37.5 percent.
