Add as a preferred source on Google Drew McIntyre is among the top names advertised by WWE for the May 29 edition of Friday Night SmackDown, which will take place at Olimpic Arena Badalona in Barcelona.
WWE’s official event page lists the show for a 7:30 p.m. local start time, with McIntyre included among the “Featured Superstars” for the event. Cody Rhodes, Rhea Ripley, Randy Orton, Jade Cargill and Tiffany Stratton are also featured in the promotion.
Olimpic Arena’s own website is also promoting the event with McIntyre among the advertised names, alongside Cody Rhodes, Jade Cargill, The Usos, Gunther, Sami Zayn, Damian Priest, Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss.
It is important to note that the arena states the Superstar lineup is subject to change, which is common for WWE events announced in advance.
This SmackDown is part of the WWE European Summer Tour, which will run through countries including Spain, Italy, France, Portugal and the United Kingdom between late May and June.
In addition to Barcelona, WWE will also hold Clash in Italy on May 31 in Turin before running Monday Night Raw in the same city on June 1.
With that, McIntyre now has a set date for his WWE return.
