AEW‘s new deal with TOD by beIN covers Dynamite and Collision on demand only, and it is not exclusive.
After the deal was announced, Wrestling Noticias contacted Golin MENA, TOD’s regional PR agency, to clarify how AEW programming will be carried on the platform. Stephen Worsley, Regional Managing Director at Golin MENA, told Wrestling Noticias that Dynamite and Collision are on TOD strictly as video-on-demand programming under a non-exclusive agreement.
Under the current terms, the weekly shows will not air live on TOD. Episodes will be added to the platform after their original airings, and it has not been disclosed how soon after each show new episodes will go up.
Because the deal is non-exclusive, fans in the Middle East and North Africa get another way to stream AEW, but TOD is not AEW’s exclusive home in the region.
Golin MENA also told Wrestling Noticias that pay-per-views, including All In, are not currently scheduled to stream on the service. With the rights package limited to the weekly shows on demand, and TOD’s initial marketing pushing only Dynamite and Collision, pay-per-views appear to be outside the current deal. That does not rule out separate agreements for major events down the line.
AEW’s own announcement highlighted live specials and specifically named All Out, set for September 26 in Chicago, but whether that show will be available on TOD remains unconfirmed.
TOD announced the addition with the following statement. “TOD by beIN is expanding its world-class sports offering with the addition of AEW, giving fans across the Middle East and North Africa access to Where the Best Wrestle!”
Financial terms and the length of the agreement have not been disclosed.
