Stephanie Vaquer suffered a legitimate injury during WWE Money in the Bank last Saturday in New Orleans.

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, despite the physical problem, she is not expected to be out of action for very long.

On this week’s Raw, Vaquer appeared on crutches and revealed that she had an ankle problem. She told Becky Lynch that she would need only a few days to recover, which makes sense in relation to the report.

As previously reported, Vaquer had difficulty walking after performing a crossbody to the outside of the ring at Money in the Bank, but managed to finish the match against Lynch and Morgan, in which she lost the Women’s World Championship to Morgan. Despite this, it has not been 100% confirmed whether the injury occurred at that moment.

Despite the injury, WWE continued the rivalry between Vaquer and Lynch on Raw. Lynch blamed Vaquer for the loss at Money in the Bank.
