Add as a preferred source on Google Kaitlyn, one of the key names from WWE’s former Divas division, has once again made it clear that she would return to WWE if invited. The former champion left the company in January 2014, when WWE announced her departure so she could pursue other projects outside wrestling.
During an appearance on Rewind Recap Relive, Kaitlyn was asked about potentially returning to the company.
“I’m totally open to it. Like I totally am and I’ve I’ve been open to it in the past for a while.”
Kaitlyn’s most recent notable WWE in-ring appearance came in the 2018 Mae Young Classic. She reached the second round of the tournament before losing to Mia Yim in a hard-fought match.
The timing also stands out because of the current state of WWE’s women’s division. In recent months, names from that same generation, including AJ Lee, Paige and The Bella Twins, have returned to prominence on WWE programming.

For now, however, there is no confirmation of any negotiations between Kaitlyn and WWE.
