Kendal Grey is back in the ring in WWE. On Thursday night, she defeated Karmen Petrovic at an NXT live event held in Kitchener, Canada, ending a 46-day hiatus. Grey got the win with a roll-up.
As previously reported, Grey had been medically cleared on Tuesday after dealing with problems with her right ear. She suffered the injury during an NXT Underground Match against Lola Vice in August.
Grey’s last match had taken place at NXT Heatwave, when she lost the NXT Women’s Championship to Kelani Jordan. At the time, the balance problems were aggravated during the match.
Now, with her return, Grey is able to return to NXT programming. Her partner, Wren Sinclair, is confirmed to face Jordan for the title at Halloween Havoc on Oct. 31. Grey has already declared her support for Sinclair.
