Add as a preferred source on Google Liv Morgan is still alive in the Queen of the Ring Tournament. On Monday’s episode of WWE RAW, held at Accor Arena in Paris, the Women’s World Champion defeated Becky Lynch, Alexa Bliss, and Chelsea Green in a first-round Fatal 4-Way Match.
The match took place right after the opening segment with Oba Femi and Dominik Mysterio, kicking off the women’s side of the tournament on this week’s show.
In the closing stretch, Bliss hit Morgan with Sister Abigail and appeared to be closing in on the win, but Lynch pulled her away before she could make the pinfall. Becky then dropped Bliss with a Manhandle Slam.
Before the count could be made, Chelsea Green appeared and took Lynch down with the Unprettier. However, Morgan came out of nowhere, caught Green in a jackknife pin, and won the match.
With the result, Morgan advances to the semifinal of the Queen of the Ring Tournament, which will hold its final at Night of Champions on June 27 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The tournament winner will earn a world title opportunity at SummerSlam, scheduled for August 1 and 2 at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis.
